My mother bought a 2022 Nissan kicks from Nissan direct. We were very pleased with our experience. Cris was an excellent sales person, very professional and upfront with us. The vehicle required some minor work, which was done to perfection. For example there were a some chips on the vehicle and they were fixed expertly. There were no hidden charges. We were very happy with the experience by everyone at this dealership. We would highly recommend them.

I finally had to purchase a new vehicle a few weeks ago. Kevin in service had taken excellent care of my 2006 X-Trail for 20 years and 320,000 km. I had been quite proud that I was still driving a car with a cassette player in 2025. Alas, with tariff uncertainty looming, it was time to move on.

It was tough to let go of the X-Trail, but Cristhian in sales was very understanding. He was even able to find me a recent model used vehicle with very low mileage, minimal electronics, and a key ignition! The whole sales process was surprisingly quick and easy. Cristhian provided me with a lot of information and answered all my questions. He also gave me space to do my own research, which I really appreciated. Michael in finance was also willing to work with me on the pricing of an extended warranty, which I also really appreciated.

Yesterday I purchased a 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum from Chirag at Direct Nissan, and I’m very happy with the entire experience.

We first saw the car listing online and reached out to Chirag via message. He responded promptly, answered all our questions clearly, and invited us for a test drive. After inspecting the car in person and taking it for a drive, we found it to be in good condition overall, with just a few minor scratches, small dings, and some brake work needed.

Chirag was open to price negotiation, and we were able to reach a fair deal quickly. I also provided a list of a few checkpoints I wanted addressed in addition to the standard safety inspection, and to their credit, the team performed a full service on the vehicle before delivery.

The entire process was smooth, professional, and quick. Chirag was friendly, transparent, and easy to work with throughout. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle — you’ll be in good hands.

He answered all of our questions, was willing to correspond with us via Text and even helped us to get a great deal on our lease. He was terrific to work with and really helped us to find the best car and price for us. His financing manager was also terrific. We bonded over sharing the same mortgage lender, and he was pleasant and patient on the phone. The team here, made us feel right at home, and Jeremiah even PERSONALLY delivered our new vehicle to our door, removed license plates from our old vehicle and returned our old lease to the dealership for us.
