I visited Direct Nissan for an oil and filter change appointment. The service I received was excellent. I kindly requested a driver to take me home and was assisted by Bobby, who was extremely polite, kind, and demonstrated very good manners. Bobby picked me up, and my car was ready on time. The price was a bit high, though this is consistent with the regular rates. Overall, the staff at Direct Nissan are knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I left very satisfied with my experience.

I've had services here a few times and they've been fine, but both times it was really hard to book an appointment. They don't answer the phone, and it takes two or three days to reply to messages. Maybe they're busy because many CVTs have had problems lately. 🤣
